提前預定 Order Lead Time

因每日製作量有限，名額先到先得。請至少提前5日預訂(并不代表提前6日就一定有位)，5日內需收取$50加急費用。

週五六日訂單需求較多，建議提早兩個星期或以上預訂。複雜款/大量建議再提前。

We run on a a first come first served basis. Please place your order at least 5 days in advance. $50 is charged for urgent order. Availability is not guaranteed for ordering 6 days ahead.

For busy Fridays and weekends, it's recommended to order two weeks in advance. Even earlier is recommended for complicated design/bulk order.

交收安排 Collection Arrangement

可選擇觀塘工作室自取，或由我們安排第三方送貨，詳情請查看 自取&送貨 頁面。

Self pickup and delivery by a third party is available, please read Pickup & Delivery for details. 

付款方式 Payment Methods

接受PayMe，轉數快，支付寶香港，及中國銀行過數。商家確認收到全款才是完成落單。

PayMe, FPS,  AlipayHK, and bank deposit are accepted. Orders are only confirmed when full payment is received.

飲食需求 Dietary Requirement 

製成品可能含有以下致敏物，例如麩質、雞類、奶類、堅果類，如有食物過敏，請在訂購前與我們聯絡。

Allergens such as gluten, egg, milk, and nuts may be found in our products. Please let us know if you have any food allergies, before placing an order.

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

1. 黑雨，8號或10號颱風，交收/送貨服務或順延至原定交收日期後一/兩日。

2. 由於訂單均需提前準備，不接受因惡劣天氣或其他不可力抗因素而改期或取消訂單 。

1. Service may be suspended when typhoon signal no. 8/10, or black rainstorm is hoisted.  Customer may have to reschedule the pick-up / delivery date to another date, which is within 2 days of the original pick-up / delivery date.

2. All orders have to be prepared in advance, thus, cancellation or rescheduling is not accepted due to bad weather and other force majeure situation.

其他 Miscellaneous

有公仔裝飾、鮮花裝飾、加高的蛋糕，有機會含有不可食用物體，例如：牙籤、紙棒、飲管、承托膠片、鮮花等。

For extra tall cakes, and cakes with figurine & flower decoration, not edible materials may be contained, such as, toothpick, supporting rods, straw, supporting plastic plate, fresh flower.
